Yes, you will need to contact our billing office with any insurance changes or cancellation of coverage. Failure to inform us of any changes may result in you having to pay in full for your medical services.
Yes, however, if we are unable to determine the availability of funds in your healthcare savings account we will collect any deductibles, co-insurances and/or co-pays at time of service.

Your medical file is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy. Our staff is bound by strict confidentiality requirements as a condition of employment regarding your medical records. The staff at Pristine ob-gyn care abides strictly by the HIPPA laws. We will also not release the contents of your medical file without your full confirmed consent.
Bank check,cash and all major credit cards are acceptable means of payment. Unfortunately at this time, we no longer accept personal checks. For added convenience, we also offer credit services through CARE CREDIT and FUND MY DOCTOR.
